The purpose of The Ambassador Project is to help equip self-sustaining leaders, called ambassadors, who have opened or are wanting to open a Recovery Alive Home and/or start a Recovery Alive Jail & Prison Ministry.
The ambassador will work alongside Recovery Alive Inc.'s personnel to ensure smooth service coordination and maximize opportunities for their ministry. As a representative of Recovery Alive, the ambassador's main goal is to uphold the mission and principles of Recovery Alive, Inc.. Ambassadors will guide individuals towards Recovery Alive's Christ-centered twelve-step curriculum as they facilitate access to recovery housing and build relationships with local prisons, jails, and treatment centers.

Compensation & Time Commitment:
After opening a Recovery Alive Home and raising a surplus of $10,000 in funds, the ambassador will have the opportunity to earn 10% of funds raised. If funds drop below $5,000, the ambassador's earnings will be reassessed by Recovery Alive, Inc..
Part-time commitment with availability required on some evenings and weekends.
Experience Required:
One year of hands-on experience working directly with individuals in recovery.
Completed a Recovery Alive Process Group and confident in leading a Recovery Alive Process Group.
Knowledge of community resources local to the ambassador.
Proven to be successful in collaborations.
