Mental Health Coaching for Adult Women
Learn About Your Mental Health Coach
Ashley is a wife and a mother to a beautiful toddler. She works full-time at her home church, serving in leadership and in the children’s ministry. She has a passion for recovery and helping others find healing. Ashley has overcome teenage mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma from sexual abuse. These early experiences with her mental health carried into her young adult years, leading her to cope through alcohol, isolation, compulsive behaviors, and perfectionism. Additionally, Ashley had to rework her recovery steps while navigating the painful path of infertility. She has learned that recovery is a continual journey. It was through having safe and supportive people walking alongside her that God was able to help her feel “whole” again. That experience burns a fire in Ashley to walk with others who have gone through similar situations. She is deeply committed to meeting people right where they are. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and a certification in Mental Health Coaching. She has worked with teenage recovery programs and served as a youth leader for five years. Her heart is to show teenagers and women that they are loved and heard—while also helping them pursue their personal goals and feel “whole” again too. Ashley firmly believes that "We can do this TOGETHER!"
